Alexander Thomas is a fourth-generation real estate professional whose roots in the industry trace back to his great-grandmother, a pioneering developer in Hollywood who helped establish the family legacy. 

Alexander began his own journey on construction crews, gaining hands-on experience and earning calluses from high school on. Working for the family business in both Santa Cruz and Santa Clara County. Gradually he moved into property management and house flipping. Developing expertise in financial management and project oversight.

His practical foundation and market insight have fueled a career focused on delivering value and results. Last year, Alexander successfully flipped a property that became a standout example of his ability to combine design vision with investment strategy. Clearing 500k in profit for a 40% value increase in a 4 month flip. 

Today, he specializes in multifamily investment properties, blending his experience with mentorship from industry leaders at Marcus & Millichap to provide clients with strategic guidance and exceptional outcomes.

In his spare time, Alexander enjoys surfing the California coast, white water rafting, and spending time with his fiancée, embracing the same balance and dedication he brings to his work.
