About Anthony Pereira

Anthony Pereira is an investment agent specializing in multi-family and mixed-use properties throughout the SF Bay Area. Anthony is a proud member of the top producing Batlin Group, led by Phil Batlin. He graduated from the University of Arizona’s Eller College of Management in 2023, where he developed strong analytical and financial skills.

 

Growing up in a family that owned and managed apartment buildings, Anthony gained early exposure to the fundamentals of property operations, investment strategy, and tenant relations. This background instilled a practical understanding of multifamily real estate and a passion for helping clients maximize the value of their investments.

 

Anthony is originally from the Peninsula, where he now brings his first-hand knowledge of the local market to his clients. In his free time, he enjoys being active in the outdoors and spending time with friends and family.
